Delivery was late Juice missing from order Chips and onion rings weren’t hot and were soggy

I'm so sorry about this, we were extremely busy and it was an oversight. Next time you order we will send free. I don't know how this has happened as they are cooked fresh to order.

Food was excellent this evening piping hot when it finally arrived and tasted great portions great size . Only issue we had this time was the delivery time, ordered at just after 5pm and wasn't delivered till nearly 7pm but can let that slide because of quality of food on this occasion

Callled 30 mins past specified delivery time given by app & was still cooking so cancelled

It arrived all smooshed into the corner. The toppings had slid off half the pizza. Had to scrap it back out with a fork.

A good meal although the fish was a little on the small side and there was too many chip ends / small bits of potato clippings in the chip portion. I believe the 50p service charge does not go down well with a lot of people when you pay a £2 delivery charge. Apart from that pretty tasty food. We buy from the chip shop directly only occasionally do we get a delivery.

Nice and hot, everyone enjoyed, even though I preordered before 3pm for 6pm was around about 25 mins late, but it’s a Friday night and shows how busy the shop is. Will definitely order again. 👍🏻
